L’école des XV

After signing a commitment contract for the extracurricular program, which includes 12 hours per week and half of the school holidays, the association supports students, both girls and boys, from CM2 to 3rd grade, coming from priority neighborhoods, over an average period of 3 to 4 years. The association's support model is based on three complementary levels of action.

The first level aims to promote academic success, with 6 hours per week per student. Through homework help and academic support, the association provides a nearly individualized follow-up with a designated adult. This allows students to acquire the knowledge and skills essential for their success in middle school and future career orientation. Emphasis is placed on homework assistance to help students stay up to date with their assignments, as well as on academic support in Math and French, prescribed by teachers, which provides the necessary resources for thriving in middle school.

The second level is focused on promoting educational and civic success, with 2 hours per week per student. The association aims for the acquisition of social skills, where every interaction at the École des XV is an opportunity to learn about citizenship. This is reflected in collective meals, educational outings, meetings with local officials and professionals, as well as coaching workshops. In addition, the association organizes annual educational trips to broaden students' horizons, teach them social codes, and enhance their autonomy. It also supports families through parenting workshops and festive events.

The third level is dedicated to promoting learning through rugby, with 4 hours per week per student. Rugby is used as an educational tool to foster learning, self-awareness, and interpersonal relationships. It helps develop concentration, self-confidence, teamwork, while promoting diversity and inclusion. Thus, the association's program offers a comprehensive and structured support system to foster the academic and personal success of young people, while involving their families in this process.
